The total death toll in Syria on Monday 24/11/2014 reached 34 deaths including three children, two women, six killed under torture and two at the hands of ISIS.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs nine civilians were killed; four died under torture in security centres, two in clashes with government forces and a woman was shot by a regime sniper. In addition a child died as a result of shelling and a baby, only hours old died due to the siege and lack of medical supplies and unavailability of incubators.
In Daraa eight were killed; six in clashes with government forces in rural Daraa and two were shot by a regime sniper among them a woman.
Six were killed in Homs; three from Turkman al-Qaseer killed in a mine explosion, a civilian killed under torture in government prisons and a baby girl died in Arsaal camp in Lebanon due to the cold weather.
Furthermore four were killed in Aleppo in clashes with government forces and two died in Idlib also in clashes with government forces.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Deir Azzour; one in clashes with government forces in rural Daraa and the other under torture in Palestine branch in Damascus. Two civilians were also executed in Ar-Raqqah at the hands of ISIS.
