The total death toll in Syria on Sunday 23/11/2014 reached 30 deaths including three children, five killed under torture and one at the hands of ISIS.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs 12 civilians were killed; five as a result of shelling on the town of al-Nashabiya with explosive barrels, two were shot by regime snipers, one was shot by unknown assailants, another died due to an illness resulted from his arrest and three died under torture in government prisons.
Six civilians were killed in Daraa; five in clashes with government forces on al-Sheikh Miskeen front and rural Al-Quneitra.
In Hama five were killed; three in clashes with government forces and two were killed under torture in security prisons.
Furthermore four were killed in Aleppo in clashes with government forces on Nabl and al-Zahra fronts. As well as one killed in Homs also in clashes.
The killing of a civilian was documented in Al-Quneitra as a result of shelling and one in Al-hassaka in an explosion in central Al-Hassaka. In addition a child was killed at the hands of ISIS in Deir Azzour.
