The total death toll in Syria on Wednesday 29/10/2014 reached 23 deaths including three children, a woman and one killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs eight civilians were killed; four in clashes with government forces, two by regime snipers, a woman due to shelling and one was executed by unknown assailants.
Eight were killed in Homs; all due to barrel bombings and mortar shelling, among them were two children.
In Hama three were killed; one in clashes, a child in a cluster bomb explosion at his home and another under torture in government prisons.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Idlib; one in clashes and a journalist due to bombing of explosive barrels on the town of Khan Sheikhun. Additionally a civilian was also killed in Daraa and one in Deir Azzour due to shelling.
