Airstrikes cause Douma Massacre

Douma rubble

The city of Douma in rural Damascus was subjected to airstrikes launched by Syrian regime planes, killing at least 17 civilians among them three children, and injuring more than 40.

This massacre comes as part of a bloody week witnessed by rural Damascus, in which a number of its cities were subjected to massacres when warplanes dropped bombs on residential areas and popular markets.

The names of the following victims were obtained:

1- Ahmed Saleem Saraywal
2- Mohammed Saleem Adeeb (child)
3- Mahmoud Adam
4- Mohammed Ameen Ameen
5- Mohammed al-Sheikh
6- Basma Halayhil
7- Sa’eed Jamal al-Saleeq
8- Yaseen al-Durra
9- Ziyad Tomah
10- Dalia Yaseen al-Durra
11- Tha’ir Rajab
12- Riham al-Shughri (child)
13- Ziyad Yaseen al-Durra (child)
14- Muslim Ma’eeka
15- Mohammed Nasir al-Sheikh
16- Bilal Halayhil
