The total death toll in Syria on Wednesday 15/10/2014 reached 56 deaths including four children, two women, eight killed under torture and one due to the siege.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs 11 civilians were killed; nine in clashes with government forces, one killed under torture in Branch 215 and a child died due to lack of food and medical supplies as a result of the siege imposed on al-Ghouta.
Eleven civilians were also killed in Homs; ten due to the targeting of al-Wa’er neighbourhood with surface to surface missiles and one was killed under torture in government prisons.
In Idlib 13 were killed in clashes with government forces on Ma’ar Hataat and Basida fronts.
Nine died in Hama; including four in clashes with government forces, a shepherd died in an explosion of a mine left behind by government forces and three were killed under torture in government security prisons.
In addition five others were killed in Aleppo; three died due to the targeting of cars on Al-Kastilu road with thermal rockets, one died in shelling and another in clashes at Salah al-Din front.
The killings of four civilians were documented in Daraa; a journalist died as a result of his wounds sustained in shelling a few days ago on Daraa al-Mahata, one in clashes, another in a mine explosion and one under torture in government prisons.
Two were killed in Sednaya prison from Al-Latakia and one in clashes in Deir Azzour.
