Eight were killed in Aleppo; five as a result of clashes with government forces on Handarat front and three were killed in shelling on Kafr Abid.
In Idlib seven civilians were killed; three in clashes and four in shelling including two children and a woman.
Five died in Homs; three in clashes with government forces, one in shelling and another under torture in government prisons.
An additional five civilians were also killed in Daraa; two in clashes, one shot by a regime sniper, one due to shelling and one as a result of being targeted by government forces while he was on his way to work.
The killings of two civilians were documented in Al-Quneitra in clashes with government forces in rural Daraa.
