The death toll in Syria on Friday 26/09/2014 reached 46 deaths including a child, three women and one killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs 17 civilians were killed; four died as a result of shelling, eight in clashes with government forces in al-Ghouta, three were shot by government snipers and two were killed by shells from an unknown origin in the capital among them was a child.
In Aleppo ten civilians were killed; three died in shelling on the area of al-Sakhour in the city, a displaced civilian was killed under torture at the hands of Hezbollah in Lebanon, two were killed at the hands of ISIS one was executed the other was killed in clashes with them, one was shot by unknown assailants and one was killed by a mistaken shell by opposition forces.
Seven civilians were killed in Homs as a result of bombing of explosive barrels on the city of Ar-Rastan when worshippers were leaving the Friday prayers.
Additionally seven civilians were killed in Idlib; four as a result of bombing of the pro-government Kurdish parties’ fronts where raids targeted the American alliance in Al-Hassakah, in addition two were killed in clashes with the PKK militias.
Three were documented to have been killed in Hama; two as a result of clashes and one under torture in government prisons. It has also been documented the killings of two civilians in Daraa as a result of bombing of explosive barrels on the city.
