The death toll in Syria on Saturday 6/09/2014 reached 116 deaths including nine children, ten women and nine killed under torture.
In the capital Damascus and its suburbs 24 civilians were killed; seven as a result of shelling on Jobar and Ghayn Tarma, seven in clashes with government forces, two shot by regime snipers, a child died in Yarqan due to lack of food and medical supplies due to the siege imposed on al-Ghouta, one was killed by a mortar shell by an unknown source and six were killed under torture in government security prisons.
In Ar-Raqqah the total death toll reached 50 deaths; eight due to air raids by warplanes one of them targeted al-andalus bakery and among those killed were eight women and three children.
Thirteen civilians were killed in Hama; 11 were killed as a result of shelling which targeted the town of al-Latamina in the suburbs among them were four children and a woman, one was shot by a sniper and one was killed in clashes with government forces.
Eight civilians were killed in Daraa; seven in clashes with government forces in rural Al-Quneitra and one as a result of shelling.
Furthermore six were killed in Aleppo due to bombing of explosive barrels among them was a woman.
Seven civilians in Idlib were killed due to air strikes on the town of Jarjanaaz and six were killed in Homs where three were killed in clashes with government forces and three were killed under torture. Two civilians were also killed as a result of shelling on Deir Azzour.
