The death toll on Tuesday the first of July 2014 reached 69 deaths including three women and five children.
Twenty four civilians were killed in the city of Aleppo including five civilians from one family killed as a result of shelling at night on the town of Awram al-Kubra and two were killed as a result of shelling on Haritan (Rural Aleppo).
In Damascus and its suburbs 23 civilians were killed including 12 from the city of Douma (Rural Damascus) eight of them at the hands of the ISIL.
Among those killed eight from rural Damascus were killed in clashes with the ISIL in rural Damascus and three (one from Damascus and two from rural Damascus) were shot by regime forces in al-Wifdan neighbourhood. Additionally two in their twenties from Manbaj (Aleppo) were killed due to the fall of a Fozdika shell on the car carrying them in al-Haidariya neighbourhood. Furthermore a man from Harisa (Rural Damascus) died after he was hit by a shell from regime forces inside his car while he was on a humanitarian duty.
Two were shot by regime snipers; the first from Daraa and the second from Douma (Rural Damascus) killed in al-Wifdan camp (Rural Damascus).
Three were killed under torture; two from rural Damascus and the third a man in his thirties from al-Houla (Homs).
As a result of bombing of explosive barrels a man from Aleppo and a man from Daraa were killed.
