The death toll on Monday 2/6/2014 reached 57 deaths including three women and five children.
Twenty three civilians were killed in the city of Aleppo including four killed as a result of the shelling on Masakin Hanano, three others in al-Halk, two in al-Atrab, two in Bustan al-Qasr; all killed as a result of the bombing.
In Damascus and its suburbs twenty three civilians were killed including three from Yarmouk camp, three from al-Tayba (Rural Damascus); killed as a result of the shelling.
Among those killed, a man from Zabdeen (Rural Damascus) was killed as a result of shelling by regime forces while collecting wood from the farms of the town of Shab’a (Rural Damascus). Additionally, a man in his forties from al-Nabk (Rural Damascus) was killed under torture in the military security prison in Damascus and a man and a child from Douma (Rural Damascus) died as a result of lack of food and medicine due to the siege imposed by regime forces on Eastern Ghouta. Furthermore, a girl also from Douma died on 1/6/2014 as a result of congenital malformation and the lack of necessary medicine due to the siege impose by the regime forces on Eastern Ghouta. Three Palestinians, residents of Yarmouk camp died as a result of the bombing of regime forces and a child from Umm al-Miyatheen (Daraa) died in al-Ramtha hospital in Jordan from his wounds sustained in a random gunshot. Moreover a man from Deir Azzour was killed in clashes with the ISIL in eastern rural Deir Azzour.
As a result of bombing of explosive barrels five men were killed as well as a woman in her thirties from Aleppo.
Two were shot by regime snipers; the first from Kafr Batna (Rural Damascus) killed in al-Wifdan camp (Rural Damascus) and the second a Palestinian resident of al-Tadamun neighbourhood shot near Da’bul road while collecting wood.
