The death toll on Tuesday 22/4/2014 reached 62 deaths, including four women and 15 children.
Thirty-five civilians were killed in the city of Aleppo and its suburbs, including 11 civilians killed as a result of shelling on Ba’badin and four civilians were killed in shelling on Masakin Hanano neighbourhood (Aleppo), as well as four others killed in shelling on al-Firdaus district.
In Idlib five civilians were killed, among them four in Ma’rrat al-No’maan that were killed in aviation bombings.
Among those killed; a journalist from Aleppo was shot by the regime’s army and a man from Ma’rraba (Daraa) was shot by a sniper. Additionally a man from Yabrud (Rural Damascus) died as a result of a falling rocket by an unknown source and a man from al-Houla also died as a result of aircraft bombing on the headquarters of the organization of the Islamic State in Deir Ful (Rural Homs). Furthermore a Palestinian national from Douma (Rural Damascus) was killed in clashes with regime forces on one of the eastern Ghouta fronts and was documented on 20/4/2014.
As a result of bombing of explosive barrels, 13 civilians were killed (among them a journalist and a man in his eighties), including ten children and two women from Aleppo.
Two were killed under torture; the first a lawyer from al-Safira (Rural Aleppo) killed in the Air Force Intelligence and the second from al-Houla (Homs) killed after two months of torture in regime prisons.

Aleppo: 35 including 9 children, a woman, a man killed under torture, a defected police officer and 2 journalists.
Damascus and its suburbs: 8 including a woman.
Homs: 6 including a man killed under torture.
Idlib: 5 including a child and a woman.

Hama: 1
Total: 62 deaths.
