The death toll on Monday 7/4/2014 reached 76 deaths, including six women and nine children.
Among those killed was a journalist from Al-Quneitra and a resident of al-Sayyida Zainab (Damascus) and the chairman of the “Hay’a al-Shar’iya” who killed after his car was targeted by a shell on the road between Balda al-Aliya and Ayn al-Tina. Additionally, a man from Muadamiyat al-Sham (Rural Damascus) was shot by a sniper in clashes with regime forces on al-Shiyah front on 6/4/2014 as well as a man from Ma’an (Jordan) killed in clashes in Al-Quneitra. Furthermore a man from Yabrud (Rural Damascus) was executed at the hands of regime forces and his body was found inside his home.
As a result of lack of medical supplies due to the siege imposed by regime forces, two children from Douma (Rural Damascus) and a man from al-Yarmouk camp (Damascus) died.
Three were killed under torture: the first from Deir Ataya (Rural Damascus), the second from Um al-Miyathin (Daraa) and the third from al-Safira (Rural Aleppo).
As a result of bombing of explosive barrels, a woman from Andan (Rural Aleppo) and a man and a woman from Daraa were killed.

Damascus and its suburbs: 32 including 2 children, a woman and a man killed under torture.
Aleppo: 16 including 2 women and 6 children.
Daraa: 8 including a woman, a scholar and a man killed under torture.
Different nationalities: 1 Jordanian.
Total: 72 deaths.
