Daily Reports on Violations of Human Rights in Syria: 7/03/2014

The death toll on Friday 7/3/2014 reached 115 deaths, including 12 women and six children.

In Damascus and its suburbs 35 people were killed including 14 due to shelling on Yabrud (Rural Damascus).

In Idlib 24 people were killed including six from Ma’saran that died due to the targeting of a mosque and five others in bombings on Mariyan.

In Aleppo 28 people were killed including six in bombing on al-Sukari and three others in bombings on al-Maslamia.
In Daraa 11 people were killed including seven that died due to shelling by regime forces on the city of Nawa (Rural Daraa).

Among the dead, a man from Khadab (Hama) was executed on the grounds at the hands of regime forces and another man from Hama died in the car bombing at the entrance of the city of southern Hama near the military security prison yesterday. Two men from al-Lajat Daraa died in an ambush at the hands of popular committees in the village Labeen (Al-Suweida) and a man in his forties with special needs from Karaaj al-Hajar (Aleppo) was shot by regime forces.

Additionally a journalist from Alhabit (Idlib) died in clashes in Khan Sheikhun and a man from al-Qusur (Hama) died under torture in regime prisons.

Four were shot by regime snipers; the first from Daraa al-Balad, the second from al-Sheikh Miskeen (Daraa) shot in the city and two women from Harran al-Awamid (Rural Damascus) were killed in al-Wifdan camp (Rural Damascus).
As a result of bombing of explosive barrels, nine were killed, as well as a woman from Yabrud (Rural Damscus) and two women from al-Zara (Homs).

List of provinces according to numbers killed:

Damascus and its suburbs: 35 including 4 women.
AleppoL 28 including 5 children and a woman.
Idlib: 24
Daraa: 11 including 5 women and a child.
Deir Azzour: 8
Hama: 6 including a man killed under torture.
Homs: 3 including 2 women.

Total: 115 deaths.
