The death toll on Tuesday 11/2/2014 reached 100 deaths, including seven women and 15 children.
Almost half of the dead were killed in the city of Aleppo, where 49, including nine children and five women were killed by the bombing of explosive barrels in the neighbourhoods of Aleppo. In addition, seven others were killed by shelling on al-Sakhour district (Aleppo) and two others in homes in Hanano.
In Daraa, 14 were , including three that died from bombings by regime forces on the city of al-Na’ima (Rural Daraa). In Homs 12 people were killed, including ten civilians killed due to the targeting of the town of al-Zara (Rural Homs) with land missiles. Among the dead, ten from Aleppo died as a result of severe hunger in the central Aleppo prison, and Palestinian residents of the Daraa camp were killed as a result of the bombardment.
Regime snipers shot three: the first from Douma (Rural Damascus) killed in al-Wafdin camp, the second from Jobar (Damascus) and the third a child from Kafr Hamra (Aleppo) shot by a regime sniper centred over the Air Force Intelligence branch.
Two were killed under torture: the first from Busra al-Harir (Daraa) killed in regime prisons in Damascus and the second an engineer from Sida (Daraa) that was killed in one of the military security prisons in Damascus.
As a result of the bombing of explosive barrels, 15 men, four women (among them a nurse), three children and a man from Kafr Zeiba (Idlib) were killed.
