Fifty-six civilians were killed in Syria on Friday 13/12/2013, among them ten women and six children.
A third of those killed were in Damascus and its suburbs, in which regime forces committed a massacre that killed 12 civilians including 5 from al-Quseir (Homs), in addition to six that were killed in Douma.
In Daraa, nine were killed, including four from Inkhil and two that died under torture.
And among those killed were a husband and wife and their four girls from al-Nabak, as well as a husband and wife, their daughter and her two daughters from al-Quseir (Homs) that were summarily executed in al-Nabak by regime forces who then burnt their bodies . Two from al-Dablan in Homs perished in an explosion, a lady from al-Sukari (Aleppo) was killed by a regime sniper, and a defected soldier from al-Firdaws (Aleppo) that died due to wounds he sustained due to shelling on Jisr al-Haj two days ago.
And as a result of the snow storm and extreme cold, three civilians died: a woman in her twenties, a child from Idlib and a child from Daraa.
Three died under torture: the first was from Idlib who died under torture in the Kafr Sousa Branch, the second from Jibab in Daraa who lived in al-Asaali in Damascus and died under torture in regime prisons in Damascus on 11-12-2013, and the third was from al-Sanamein in Daraa.
