Ninety civilians in Syria were killed on Monday 9/12/2013, among them five women and twelve children.
The largest number killed was in Damascus and its suburbs, in which 28 were killed, among them 12 that perished in shelling on al-Nabak, and four that died under torture.
Twenty-six were killed in Aleppo, among them five- including a woman and two children- that were killed in clashes on al-Zibdiya, six that died in shelling on al-Ansari, and four that were killed by the sniper at Karraj al-Hajz.
And from Homs, 17 were killed, among them three children from al-Quseir in Homs that died in shelling on farms close to al-Nasiriyah in the city of Jayroud in rural Damascus, in addition to five that died in clashes in al-Nabak and four from Maheen that were killed by regime gunfire in al-Nabak. A mother and her two children were also killed as a result of shelling on al-Dablan.
Six were killed under torture: the first a dentist from Jobar (Damascus), the second a man in his thirties from al-Haara (Daraa), the third from Bab Qabli (Hama) that died on 7/12/2013 in regime prisons, and the remaining three were from Damascus.
Six were killed by regime gunfire: the first and second from al-Nabak, the thirs formal-Marja in Aleppo that died by regime sniper fire in Bustan al-Qasr as he was putting up curtains to protect civilians from sniper fire. The remaining three were from Aleppo and were killed by the regime sniper at the Karraj al-Hajz Crossing.
