Seventy-five civilians were killed in Syria on Saturday 2/11/2013, among them seven women and 12 children.
A third of those killed fell in Damascus and its suburbs, in which four were killed in clashes in al-Deir Khabiah, and eight from the Yarmouk Camp were killed by regime gunfire as they attempted to leave al-Sabina.
In Aleppo, 14 were killed, among them five that perished in the shelling on al-Bab, and four members of one family that died in shelling on al-Halak in Aleppo.
In Daraa, 12 were killed, among them six that died in a landmine explosion in the area of al-Nakhla including four from the same family. Four members of another family perished in an explosion in Daraa al-Balad.
