ISIS Continues its Targeting of the Northern Countryside

Tareeq al-Muhaliq in the city of Salqeen, rural Idlib, was rocked today by a car explosion, injuring several people. It is thought that ISIS are behind the explosion. The explosion took place at the same time in which the city of Maa’ri’ was bombed by ISIS shells, killing Abdullah Mahmoud al-Najjar, and injuring several others.
