The International Day of Solidarity with Detainees of Conscience and the Disappeared in the Syrian Prisons

that also coincides with the 28th anniversary of :

Tadmur (Palmyra) Massacre

when more than 1000 peaceful prisoners of conscience were gunned down in cold blood in their cells by the Syrian Regime’s Defence Brigades.

Fear and Silence encourage repressive regimes to commit further massacres and atrocities.
