SHRC 
The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) has learnt that an Arabic Language teacher in Deir al-Zour, Ismail al-Salih was arbitrarily arrested from his home on 3/8/2007. No reason has been given for his arrest.
SHRC, which condemns all kinds of arbitrary arrests, calls upon the Syrian Authorities to release Ismail al-Salih immediately, and requests that if he has committed an illegal action he should be referred to a normal court that is fair, and in which he can enjoy the rights to self-defence.
