The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) considers these issued sentences as unlawful and unjustifiable, issued from an illegal Court. SHRC requests that the sentences are dropped and the abovementioned detainees released, and in the case of a detainee having charged with an offence, then he should be tried at a lawful court whilst enjoying his full liberties and the right to defend himself.
