Victims of Tuesday 25th September
The number of victims of the Syrian regime reached 195 civilians on Tuesday 25th September, among them ten children and eight women. In Damascus and its suburbs, the number of victims reached 64 citizens, 40 in Deir Ezzor, 34 in Aleppo and its suburbs, 18 in Daraa, 9 in al-Quneitra, 8 in Hama, 7 in Idlib, 6 in al-Suweida, 6 in Homs, 1 in Lattakia and 1 in al-Hasaka.
In al-Qusoor neighbourhood in Deir Ezzor, 22 civilians were killed by air bombardment by war planes, whilst the forces of the Syrian regime executed 12 civilians in al-Joorah, and others were killed in the city and in Albokmal as a result of shelling on numerous districts.
In rural Damascus, no less than 12 civilians were killed in the city of Douma due to air bombardment. This is while the forces of the regime and its Shabiha gangs summarily executed tens of civilians in the southern districts of the capital and some villages in the suburbs.
Eye witnesses reported the death of 11 civilians from al-Mahaliyain in Aleppo. They were attempting to flee from the violence in their city when the forces of the regime opened fire on the bus which was transporting them on the Homs-Tartous Highway.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC), which is recording and monitoring what is happening in Syria of harrowing massacres and bloody events committed by the regime of Bashar al-Asad, whilst the international community is satisfied with talk and no action, not even committing to the UN charter to protect civilians and stop war crimes and the transferral of those who commit them to the international tribune; can only come to the conclusion that those aiding the regime or delaying the halt of its crimes are partners to these crimes which are a shame to humanity.
