The family of the Syrian citizen Hosam Radwan al-Marei has informed the Syrian Human Rights Committee (SHRC) that on the sixth hour of the 12/4/2010, Hosam al-Maeri left Sanaa’Airport on the Yemeni Airlines, heading towards Cairo. Upon his arrival he phoned a relative who was awaiting him, however he never left the airport, and all contact with him was cut off thereafter. The Syrian citizen Hosam al-Marei was born in Khan Sheikhoon in the province of Idlib (1977), and he is a father to three children. He currently works and lives in Yemen.

SHRC calls upon the Egyptian Authorities to reveal the whereabouts of Hosam al-Marei, release him immediately, and allow him to return to his family.
