Twelve dead in a Massacre in Tal Rif’at in Aleppo, including a Whole Family
The massacre perpetrated by the Syrian regime in Tal Rif’at in Aleppo has lead to the death of more than 12 civilians, with tens injured. According to eye-witnesses, war planes of the Syrian regime shelled the village of Tal Rif’at, North of the city of Aleppo, during noon time, killing over 12 civilians till this moment, among them a whole family made up of six individuals, and injuring over 30 people.
According to eye witnesses, the number of victims will most probably increase due to the victims still being pulled out from underneath the rubble of the buildings.
The continuation of the Syrian regime’s policy in shelling and targeting civilians in this manner, which causes people to die in great numbers, makes it incumbent upon the international community to act with urgency to protect civilians in Syria and take all perpetrators to court.
The names of those killed, which have been documented so far: 1- Dalal Ahmed al-Hajji/ 35 years 2- Mahmoud Yahya al-Hajji/ 15 years 3- Ahmed Yayha al-Hajji/ 10 years 4- Mohammed Noor Yahya al-Hajji/ 5 years 5- Hanan Yahya al-Hajji/ 13 years 6- Ra’fat Mustafa al-Daj/ 23 years 7- Ahmed Qasim Bakoor/ 60 years
In addition to five other individuals yet to be identified.
