Hilal Abdel Razaq Ali
Married with one daughter and three sons. A British citizen (Iraqi origin), who disappeared in Syria since the 25th July 2000 remains in captivity by the Syrian Security Services. He is being subjected to torture and is detained at the Palestinian Branch of the General Syrian Security Service. The wife was visited by the Intelligence Service and the father in law died after he was put under pressure to pay $16,000.
